These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Capricorn Training website and any training services provided by us (“the Company,” “we,” “us”). By accessing the site or booking a course you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services
We provide first aid and safety training courses delivered on-site or at agreed locations. Course details, content, prices, and durations are listed on our website. All bookings are subject to availability.

3. Booking and Payment
a) Bookings are confirmed once payment is received in full or as agreed in any payment plan.
b) Prices displayed include training materials and certification unless stated otherwise.
c) Prices exclude VAT (IVA) if applicable.

4. Cancellations and Refunds
a) Cancellations made more than 28 calendar days before the course receive a full refund less any transaction fees.
b) Cancellations made within 28 days of the course are subject to a cancellation fee (percentage or fixed amount, specify if you wish).
c) If the Company cancels a course, clients will be offered a full refund or alternative date.

 

5. Course Delivery
a) The Company will make reasonable efforts to deliver courses as advertised.
b) We may substitute instructors of similar qualification if needed.
c) We are not responsible for circumstances outside our control (weather, venue issues, etc.).

6. Certificates
Certificates are issued only to participants who attend the course and meet any assessment requirements. These are suitable for internal training records and employer compliance documentation but do not imply statutory qualifications beyond the course scope.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and course materials, is protected by copyright and remains the property of the Company. You may not reproduce or distribute materials without permission.

 

8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability for any loss or damage arising from training services or use of the website is limited to the amount paid for the services.

 

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Spain.
